Angel's Hair Pasta with Garlic, Basil and Baby Rockets
10 portions:
1kg Angel's Hair Pasta
500g Green Prawn Meat
400g Garlic Butter
Baby Rockets
-Boil and refresh pasta, add some oil to keep the pasta seperated.
-Mix minced garlic and Butter to make the garlic butter.
-Melt some butter in a saucepan. add herbs and prawns, toss until baby rockets is wilted.
-Add cooked pasta and toss.. Season to serve immediately.

Any of you recommend any vegetarian dishes (I'm a lacto-ovo vegetarian, so egg, dairy and honey is good...)? Thanks a lot...
